A. Your account will be deleted permanently after 24 hours. This protects you if you delete by accident or if you change your mind.

A. A webspace is a page that displays the top websites on a topic.
Q. How are the top websites determined?
A. Each topic's top websites are based on actual use of those sites and other factors.
Q. Can webspaces have more websites?
A. Yes. When you register you can add websites to the webspace that you save and personalize.
Q. Can websites added to a webspace be on a different topic?
A. Yes. You customize the webspace to suit you.

ART SUBMISSIONS
Q. Where does Volopt's background art come from?
A. All art comes from artists participating in Volopt's art program.
Q. How does the art program work?
A. Artists submit digital images of their original work to Volopt. Submissions that meet Volopt's criteria for format, content, and appropriateness are accepted for use on webspaces. For program specifics go to Volopt Art Programs.
Q. Who can participate in Volopt's art program?
A. Any registered Volopt user can submit art to the program.

A. Volopt provides artists with an opportunity to show their artwork to a global audience.

Q. What is the Ars Mundus Vult Project?
A. The Ars Mundus Vult (Latin for The World Wants Art) Project (AMV) is the umbrella project for all artwork submitted for use by Volopt.
Q. What does the Ars Mundus Vult Project do?
A. AMV is a collaboration with the global art community to assemble the world's largest collection of publicly
accessible artwork, and to encourage and support art awareness and art development activities.

A. The octopus is Volopt's ambassador. His name is Volo. He is the smartest, best looking, shape-shifting,
purple (most of the time) octopus in the whole world. Volo is as lazy as he is clever.
He's a master of disguise - particularly when he needs a nap - so you never know where he may turn up.
